  • Monitoring and tracking of deliveries – ensuring that deliveries are on schedule and delivered according to specifications. This includes making deliveries on behalf of the South African Breweries (SAB) to various outlets across the Limpopo province according to specified schedules.
  • Dispatch – making sure that the correct items are dispatched in line with the client specifications.
  • Attending compulsory briefing sessions (tenders) – attending of compulsory briefing sessions at various locations to get clarity from clients on their needs specifications and the applicable regulations attached to the implementation process.
  • Managing inventory and company assets – ensuring optimum inventory levels, replenishment of printing packages and stationery for day to day process needs.
  • Capturing of supply and demand data – this includes the completion of SBD forms, updating CSD website, filing of returns at various institutions such as CIPC, Department of Labour and SARS.
  • Overall Demand and Supply Management – working with various stakeholders, such as the South African Bureau of Standards for iso9000, in the supply chain to ascertain quality control and to meet the various client needs. Working with radiologists to ensure proper use of X-ray machines to scan community members and give detailed reports to health authorities.
