I am a Data and Analytics individual with a focus on machine learning. I am driven by helping organizations to get the best value from the data they have. After graduating with a Bachelor of Computer Science and mathematics degree (with majors in Computer Science and Mathematical statistics) and Honours degree (with major in Mathematical Statistics), I went on to join Tracker Connect as a Data Science intern, which spark in me a passion for working with data. I then joined Knowledge integration dynamics as a Junior Data Scientist in their Data and Analytics team and again I joined FNB(ebucks) as Application Support Analyst where am working with client’s data on the ebucks website and travel portal. I broadened my knowledge in this field by completing Microsoft Data Science program with Gijima. I also completed few modules for Big Data Analytics with IBM. I have also attended various machine learning training. This for me demonstrated my knowledge and ability in Data Analysis and Data Science. I am self-motivated with a passion for learning and enjoy being challenged. I consider myself a good leader, with the ability to motivate others, but can equally work as a part of a team and follow instruction. I am also highly analytical, organized and a strong believer in excellence.
