

I am a Senior IT Administrator responsible for maintaining our office network and overseeing all IT-related services within the company. I also provide support to our clients via our service desk on Freshdesk. Our office network is secured by a MikroTik router, and I manage both Windows and Linux servers, which serve as QA environments for our developers. I set up and maintain these servers daily. Our live infrastructure is hosted on AWS, where I have configured and maintain VPC tunnels for secure connectivity. Service monitoring is handled using AWS tools and Icinga on our local Linux server. Additionally, I manage our mail servers, which are hosted on two separate providers: Office 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite). I am bilingual, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and am a fast learner who is always eager to take on new challenges.
