    • Coordinated and implemented a Meaningful Representation Dialogue and Advocacy plan for 3 networks, with the 3 networks coming up with a joint theme for HIV/AIDS health advocacy to be implemented collaboratively over 3 years
    • Conceptualized a sexual reproductive initiative for young key populations that involved leadership skills development, mentoring and coaching, health and human rights advocacy skills, sexual and reproductive health discussions, and a sexual diversity course. This initiative brought together over 30 young key populations to several events across the African continent.
    • Co-authored two publications (Global Fund Investments in Key Populations in Africa and AMSHeR Health Audit: Financial resourcing of key population programmes across Southern Africa.
    • Conceptualized and wrote up the indefinite quantity grant of the Global Fund for AMSHeR within a month of starting with AMSHeR. This contract involves providing technical expertise for SOGI/ MSM and other key population organizations and governments on programmatic interventions.
    • Managed AMSHeR's member institutional / organizational capacity development processes for 19 AMSHeR members and affiliates in 6 African countries
    • Conceptualized and managed the development of the Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM) Health Score Cards with Accountability International
    • Acted as Regional Expert for PEPFAR COP processes by supporting African LGBTI CBOs to advocate for inclusion of their issues in the COP processes
    • Acted as an expert reviewer of the Global Fund proposal processes of 9 Countries in Africa (Kenya 2017) Key achievements in this role:
    • Successfully brought together a diverse group of key population networks to come under one advocacy umbrella and pursue a common uniting advocacy issue- Freedom from Violence.
    • Facilitated a multi-sectoral strategic process in Eswatini that led to the policy win of a new Police training manual on Key populations and access to treatment and care. This manual is used in training in police colleges for in-service police officers (as continuing education trainings) and pre-service police officers.
    • Conceptualized and co-designed a one-click data base of all AMSHeR members and affiliates with information on their organizational health and growth stage.
    • Worked collaboratively with the director of FHI360 Eswatini, Eswatini National Aids programme, UNAIDS, WHO and Key population partners to develop the Royal Eswatini Police HIV and human rights training manual. This included funding the whole process and designing the manual and training the trainers

This culminated in the publishing of a manual to train healthcare workers-Improving Access to Comprehensive Health Care Services for Key Populations in Eswatini which is the official manual used by the Eswatini National Aids Council to train health care workers on sexual diversity and competency for stigma free friendly health care provision for SOGI.
