that the unit runs smoothly.
• Make arrangements for transfers with
ambulance services.
• Schedule 6, 5 drugs, and handling of drug
keys.
• Draw blood specimens from patients for
further investigation.
• Consult INR patients and perform rapid INR
tests.
• Collecting urine samples.
• Perform electrocardiograms on patients.
• Administration of intramuscular medication.
• Keep a record of statistical information.
Assess wounds and apply dressings according
to assessments, or as prescribed.
• Monitor the progress of wounds by
documenting correctly.
• Keeping statistical records.
• Issue follow-up date.
Consult medical officers if a wound is not
improving, to screen for the underlying cause.
