As a devoted and experienced key accounts representative in the iron ore, manganese ore, and other breakbulk commodities industries, I have developed my skills across several departments. I contribute a unique and complete understanding of the sector from my expertise in planning and logistics and my engineering department experience. My dedication to excellence and ability to navigate the complexity of the commodities business have helped me build a strong track record of providing value to customers and stakeholders. I am enthusiastic about using my talents and expertise to achieve meaningful results, and I am eager to take on new challenges in the industry.

• Planning and Organizing: Execution of planned maintenance and also organizing spares and other resources as per task. Also, quick response strategies to responding and managing unplanned maintenance
• Communication: Verbal and telephonic communication- Being able to communicate with all operations department to avail equipment for maintenance, also to communicate with staff targets that we are measured on.
• Writing: communications by means of emails, memos and notes to staff and other departments to arrange meetings and discuss departmental issues.
• Creativity- To inspire my team by having innovative methods of execution of tasks, and also allow the team to bring forward innovative ideas of how we can improve our service to Operations department.
• Customer Care- Each day I ensure that we meet the operational demand, if not I make sure I communicate clearly and ensure that I will do as best as I can to resolve the problem
• Emotional Intelligence - This is the ability to work with colleagues and subordinates who have different ways of behaving and interactions
• Team Management- I work with a big team and they work different shifts (06h00am-14h00pm, 14h00pm - 22h00 and 22h00pm - 06h00am) and I only work 07h00am- 15h30pm, but I manage my team effectively because of the communication methods we use, radio and notes.
