I worked as a customer service agent for a UK retail campaign called Matalan. It was interesting because I did voice, chat and email for this campaign, gaining all the experience I needed. It had its challenges simply because every task had different daily targets that needed to be reached but overall it was great.

At outworx I had a great chance of working for a UK campaign called Sky. We dealt with tv, broadband and mobile. It was inbound sales as customers would call to purchase something or upgrade a particular pack they had for eg. The campaign truly had a lot to teach.

switched over to a U.K campaign. Here I worked as a customer service agent dealing with energy and

and offer in regards to energy usage and meters.
