Projects

SharePoint Migration, SharePoint 2010 had reached its end of life and was no longer going be supported by Microsoft in 2021. Therefore, for security reasons and business continuity the contracted company embarked on this migration initiative. A sum total of 185 applications are ear marked to be migrated from 2010 SharePoint environment to the 2016 SharePoint environment. Each application was treated as an individual mini project with its own lifecycle and itereation.
