This position provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with CEO’s, HR Managers and allied professionals in developing educational programs that raised awareness in my community. with the goal of earlier diagnosis, better management and improved customer service. My experience in aligning the motivations of various stakeholders and executing projects in high-stress situations has helped me to foster a strong skill set that will translate well in an organization similar to yours. I am eager to apply the lessons I’ve learned in my past experience, improving clinical quality and the experience within the customer service system.
