My key modules mix commercial, litigation and tech law and so I’m flexible for different roles.

  • Tax Law taught me tax principles such as income tax, VAT and tax administration. My Accounting background from high school came in handy with calculations VAT, it was like I was doing revision or so.
  • Labour Law taught me workplace issues like constructive dismissal and fair procedure under the LRA . Its enlightened more about issues that people face in their workplace such as discrimination.
  • Law of Delict covered negligence claims and how damages are calculated in SA law.
  • Criminal Law & Procedure gave me insight into how litigation works and how cases move through SA courts.
  • Cyber Law taught me POPIA, data protection, e-commerce contracts and other tech law issues like cybercrime, digital signatures to name the few. It showed me how law and tech blend in practice.
