Having been a healthcare manager since 2016, I have managed at both District Hospital and Tertiary Hospital levels. I have managed as both a Medical/Clinical Manager and an Accounting Officer (CEO). I have skills in strategic leadership, change and people management, financial/budget management and clinical care quality management. At the core of my KPIs as a Medical/Clinical Manager, I have been managing Clinical Risk and performance for many years.
