- My job at Rawdons, I was all about making sure customers have a great experience
- I welcome them with a smile, show them to their tables, and explain the menu, including any specials of the day
- I take their orders carefully for both food and drinks, and make sure they get their meals quickly
- I also check in with them regularly to see if everything is alright
- Taking care of the bill accurately and keeping the dining area clean are important parts of my job too
- I work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to make sure everything runs smoothly, and that all the food is handled safely according to the restaurant's rules
- Basically, I do my best to make sure everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable meal! I would also set up the dining area and made sure it was clean before my shift was finished
- My duties as bartender included.
- Opening and closing the bar
- Pouring guest their drink of choice.
- Making sure the bar is clean
- Receiving stock from suppliers and doing end of month Stock Take
- Doing cashup and end of day, each and everyday.
- Refilling stock from wine cellar
