CLINICAL CARE

• Provide patient care and medication management through patient contact and liaison
• Process medical aid claims, query escalations as per the company's SOPs and or patient engagement
• Maintaining company's SLA requirements regarding medication processing and issuing
• Providing dispensing quality assurance on dispensed medication also ensuring expected daily targets are met

CLINICAL SUPPORT

• Responsible for administration duties within the clinical support unit, such as processing invoices, and filing. Annual fee payments and record keeping of employees registered with professional bodies (SAPC)
• Engage with stakeholders(learners, tutors, academy and facilitators) to coordinate training for pharmacist assistants(set up workshop and test dates, receive assignments and test to be submitted to the academy). Maintain record keeping.

• Company Overview: Warehouse
• Responsible for warehouse administration duties; placing bulk stock orders with suppliers, receiving and capturing stock invoices on the system from external suppliers, issuing of stock internally within the company according to the company's SOPs
• Filing and record keeping
• Liaising with suppliers and provincial pharmaceutical depots as per company operations
• Participate in stock taking activities within the warehouse

• Company Overview: Dispensary
• Responsible for picking, dispensing and packaging of medication parcels according the patients prescriptions
• Participate in stock taking activities within the dispensary
• Dispensary

• Work at health facilities to enroll patients for dispensation and dispatch of central chronic medication dispensing and distribution(CCMDD) program
• Correctly capture patients’ information and load patients prescription on the system
• Liaise with the concerned personnel regarding delivery of medications and any other arising queries on behalf of Pharmacy Direct to patients and health facility practitioners(nurses, doctors, pharmacy personnel)
