Pre-Sales Activities:
- Assist Sales Teams with pre-sales activities (i.e. customer meetings, presentations, proposals, RFx responses etc.)

- Provide consultation services and grow to become the subject matter expert and thought leader in LAWtrust’s areas of expertise: PKI, cryptography, key management, digital signing, authentication, biometrics, smart-cards, email encryption, data encryption, cloud encryption, bespoke security solutions
- Provide consultation on Information Security and Security Architecture

Provide requirements specifications from customer engagement, tenders, RFI's, etc.
- Provide technical account management services to LAWtrust customer accounts

- Act as end to end (pre-sales, project, post-project) technical consultant assisting with business success and ensuring technical success
- Assist with the Customer Success in terms of their business & Ensure usage of the solutions deployed Institute Practices of Technical Account Management
- Manage time and tasks within the LAWtrust time management system by ensuring tasks and tickets are updated and timesheets are completed and submitted.
- Ensure that all LAWtrust information is stored in OneDrive and not on the employee laptop.
- Ensure the updating of project information in SharePoint including templates and LAWtrust project (internal and external) information.
- Manage leave through Payspace in consultation with supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with LAWtrust HR and Information Security policies & procedures.
- Perform Research on the latest technology trends and other relevant Information Security matters (in the areas of LAWtrust focus)
- Provide technical leadership, including during laboratory setup
- Perform research activities in the areas that LAWtrust specializes
- Provide innovation ideas, proposals, solutions in the areas of digital signing and business processes
- Propose a personal development plan (for minimum 1 year period)- this can include professional certifications, upskilling in specific areas of LAWtrust business, upskilling in new technological areas, development of business skills
- Ensure upskilling in specific areas of LAWtrust business- in particular PKI, Digital Signatures, Biometrics
