As a road and track team manager I take part in the following duties:

• Source sponsorships. Manage contractual relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Arrange nutrition for back up during races and team rides.
• Be present at races to provide on-site support to riders and address any issues that may arise.
• Scout and recruit talented cyclists to strengthen the team.
• Attend managers meeting before the events.

As a road, track and mountain bike commissaire I take part in the following duties:

• Monitor the entire cycling event to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
• Address and penalise any violations observed during the race.
• Ensure the safety of cyclists by monitoring the race route and addressing potential hazards.
• Make real-time decisions on issues like race interruptions, disqualifications, or rule interpretations.
• There are other duties such as documentation and technical regulation.
