Fleet management, ensuring that all fleet scheduling supports roving mentor team activities and compliance with FPD fleet management policy. Coordinate and submit all training schedules to Head office, organize training and facilitation where indicated. Supporting Site Implementation Monitoring System/Quality Assurance (SIMS/QI) manager in SIMS’ site visit scheduling, and preparing all required documentation for SIMS visits. Coordinate and support all conference attendance and HR induction activities. Administration: ensure that all HR and admin files are up to date and available always.
