Worked for one of the biggest Bank in the UK called Monzo.
My main badge in the campaign was Account Management. I managed accounts, dealt with account take overs, logging data subject access request where customers require all correspondence they have with the bank. The smallest task within my job would be ordering cards, updating person details, unblocking PINs directing customer how to utilize the app and transferring tasks I cannot assist with to the relevant departments.
Dealing with inbound calls for a USA Airline called JetBlue. Tackling a variety of duties from bookings, cancellations and postponements of flights to the smallest details, such as addition of luggage and service animals. Proving clarity in regards to whatever the customers' calling to enquire about.
