Worked for one of the biggest Bank in the UK called Monzo.

My main badge in the campaign was Account Management. I managed accounts, dealt with account take overs, logging data subject access request where customers require all correspondence they have with the bank. The smallest task within my job would be ordering cards, updating person details, unblocking PINs directing customer how to utilize the app and transferring tasks I cannot assist with to the relevant departments.

  • I worked for a UK campaign called British Gas Business (BGB) on SAP CRM systems. I assisted customers with Gas and Electricity meters. Duties included but were not limited to: entering meter readings, sending out invoices and advising customers on what to do when their meters are not showing reads. Promoting lead generation as well.
