  • Provide support and technical expertise to site QA Managers on quality and food safety topics as well as operational stakeholders i.e. RND, production, projects, procurement, and suppliers with a focus on quality in design and projects.
  • Ensure maintenance of food safety certification (FSSC 22000) and implementation of (FSSC 22000) to non-certified plants. Ensure compliance with customer (KFC, Woolworths etc.), local, regional, and international food safety standards and regulations, and industry requirements across 9 sites
  • Ensure implementation, maintenance and update the Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Management System and continuous improvement thereof throughout the value chain.
