Merchant & Credit Champion Support
• Onboarding Execution: Execute the day-to-day onboarding process for Merchants and Credit Champions, ensuring all documentation aligns with risk and operational checklists.
• Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate Merchant and Credit Champion reference datawithin CRM and operational systems.
• Commission Administration: process the initial calculations for Credit Champion and Merchant commissions and incentives for management review and sign-off.
• Collateral Distribution: Coordinate the logistics and shipping of in-store materials, including uniforms,posters, and stationery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Draft and distribute routine operational and sales updates to CreditChampions and Merchants.
• Reporting Assistance: Run automated merchant reports and assist in implementing requested changes to reporting templates.
2. Sales Team Support
• Travel Coordination: Process travel bookings, accommodation payments, and travel claims for ASMs/RSMs; resolve related billing queries.
• Internal Liaison: Support the sales team by tracking merchant pain points and following up onresolutions to improve merchant satisfaction.
• Event Logistics: Provide administrative support for tradeshows and sales events ,
• Handle the day-to-day administration of company vehicles, including monitoring
logs, processing fines, and gathering documentation for insurance claims.
3. Marketing & Brand Support
• Task Implementation: Assist in the tactical rollout of marketing initiatives
• Campaign Deployment: Execute scheduled posts and updates across digital, social, and traditional channels as directed by the marketing plan.
• Content Scheduling: Coordinate the distribution of marketing content for websites, emails, and social media platforms.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, place orders, and distribute branded marketing items and event equipment.
• Handling of all customer or merchant interactions, including and not limited to incoming telephone
calls, emails and WhatsApp channels.
• Ensure complaints/questions are answered/resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
• Strive for First contact resolution on all calls where possible, utilising trained skills and knowledge.
• Effective stakeholder management through following of the correct escalation or transfer processes.
• Escalate complaints/enquiries/information to relevant operational departments.
• Follow-up on customer / merchant enquiries and complaints, if applicable.
• Maintain customer service standards and promote a positive image of the brand by offering overall
positive customer / merchant support experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
(e.g., call handling time, quality scores, sales conversions).
• Adhere to contact centre scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.
