- Functions as a Senior Content Director: Assisting with the training of the new content directors on MCR etiquette and the CD desk usage. Training the new CDs in the art of storytelling, mining/hunting for new stories and bucking the trend to create newer trends.
- Assisting with the training of the new content directors on their edit deliverables in the edit suite, as well as other edit related functions they need to carry out in lieu of meeting parts of their shift deliverables
- MCR duties
- Taking charge of the MCR and guiding the narrative of the story telling of the 24/7 show when on shift
- Assisting the Task and House teams carry out their duties around the House whenever on Shift
- Helping the new CDs integrate properly with the other departments.

- Functions as HOD Content: Part of a 3-man team of HODs responsible for all content related issues with regards to the deliverables of the show.
- Responsible for all MCR related issues when on shift

- Ensuring that all appointment tasks and activations happen on time and without a glitch.
