Overseeing daily production activities and conducting safety inspections during the shift according to the regulations while ensuring adherence to company safety standards and policies.
The responsibility included the extraction of mine resources using hand drill machines and loading broken ore with LHDs. Coordinate with crew members to meet production targets each month whilst ensuring safety and compliance with the regulations.
Ensuring the HR database is up-to-date (data capturing). Managing employee records, assisting with the recruitment and hiring process, preparing payroll documents (bonus documents for the section).
Had an opportunity to gain experiential training as a Mining trainee which provided invaluable industry exposure, skill development and networking opportunities while working under supervision with Service departments, Mine Overseer, Shift Supervisor and Miner. The experience included but not limit to Intern candidate chosen to be part of Ore Beneficiation Plant Project from Mining Department. The exposure to complex problem-solving scenarios that prepared me for dynamic industry roles, enhancing adaptability and decision-making skills.
