
I am a very hardworking person and won't be satisfied till i solve the problem which is brought up Infront of me. I'm trained in basic computer networking, hardware and software. Diligent about monitoring performance and investigating problems to support user needs. Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical personnel and maintains impeccable documentation. I am a good team worker as i learnt when supervising on construction sites and making sure the job is of quality.
I do not limit myself in the level of IT , I do countless research every day on the different operating systems, python, SQL, Java script. I've learnt about how tickets move and what are the main tickets help desk support would solve for their clients, I love IT and I'm very ambitious.
I am also currently busy with my A+ N+ and cybersecurity and will be done in May 2024.
