I am currently a junior engineer at Glencore Boshoek Smelter, I completed my national diploma in electrical power engineering at the Vaal University of Technology in 2017 and acquired my qualification in 2023. I am simultaneously busy furthering my studies at the same mentioned institution of higher learning (currently enrolled for advanced diploma in power engineering). Since commencing with the engineer in training program at Boshoek smelter I have gained valuable technical knowledge, further development managerial skills and gained advanced insight into the maintenance operation of the plant.
