During my 2 years public working experience as a retail sales associate at Mr Price Group and Side Step Clothing Store, I acquired effective experience in dealing with people, including constructing and sustaining mutually good relationships with customers and serving their needs. Furthermore, achieved valuable skills during my 3 years course of employment as an SGB appointed teacher and my teaching practical as a student teacher which includes these capabilities, classroom and behavioral management, teaching methods, lesson and curriculum planning, and leadership abilities which assisted in creating a positive learning and teaching progression through my practice. I was also part of the SMT as a head of grade 9 and football coach for under 17 and under 15 football school team, and I acquired very effective skills and experience on the field of extra curricula and management including leadership skills and management skills. Interested in enhancing my career on education, the main goal currently is to obtain my BEd Honours (Curriculum and Instructional Design and Development Teacher Education and Professional Development) and bring about positive influence in our communities as an excellent teacher and a productive leader.

- Three years experience as a SGB Teacher where I was facilitating my teaching practice on both Geography (grade 10 - 12), History (grade 10), Social science (grade 8-9), Life Orientation and Physical Education (grade 10-12) I was part of the SMT as Head of Grade 09, I gained a lot of experience in terms of leadership, discipline management ,adaptability and building an effective working relationship with both learners and school staff to maintain progress on the teaching and learning process of my department and the institution as a whole. I also acquired an LTSM skill in terms of capturing text book audits for the department in year 2024. On extra-curricular I was involve in coaching the u17 boys football school team in 2023-24 and I was coaching the u15 football boys school team in 2025 where I learnt team building skills which I believe are also valuable in the classroom context as well and manage to achieve titles with the team (Magalies Championship league).
