PARYS

Summary

I am an HPCSA-registered Counselling Psychologist currently working at CHHP: Psychology. I completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology with the University of Pretoria in 2024. Underpinned by a strong academic foundation coupled with the incomparable experience received from CHHP at their various work sites throughout my internship year to date I have learnt to work using a variety of therapeutic approaches, with a special interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema and Person-Centered therapy. I also have a passion for psychometric assessments and being part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team to advance the well-being of families. Furthermore, my ability to speak different languages (Sesotho, Setswana, Isixhosa) in addition to English allows me to deliver tailored support to our diverse clientele and make psychology more accessible all not.
