Ex-founder focused on building businesses that solve important societal problems. My first company, Street Culture, solved the artist monetization problem by creating real world distribution channels for visual and performing artists to sell their services into schools as extracurricular activities and built a B2B service that enabled companies in Zambia to procure the services of artists that did not meet their procurement criteria.
In 2017 the Zambian Kwacha collapsed 30% against the US dollar. Looking to hedge, I discovered stablecoins (DAI) and to my surprise they were the only access I had to small denominations of USD. The sheer scale of people across the globe facing this problem 'crypto-pilled' me. Came into crypto fleeing inflation and stayed for the revolution. Currently seeking roles that help businesses and individuals access the benefits of web3 through trust minimized tools.

Mandela Washington Fellow 2016
The Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders is the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). YALI was launched in 2010 by President Barack Obama to support young Africans as they spur growth and prosperity, strengthen democratic governance, and enhance peace and security across Africa. The Mandela Washington Fellowship, which began in 2014, brings young leaders to the United States for academic coursework and leadership training and creates unique opportunities in Africa for Fellows to put new skills to practical use in leading organizations, communities, and countries.
