As a motivated individual with some university experience and a strong passion for helping others, my goal is to build a meaningful career in public service, starting with the role of Client Service Officer at the Department of Labour. Although I did not complete my university studies in Chemistry, I gained valuable communication, problem solving, and organizational skills that I am eager to apply in a professional setting. I am committed to delivering excellent client service, learning continuously, and growing within the department. In the future, I hope to grow within the Department of Labour by learning more about labour policies and client services. I want to take on roles where I can lead, support others, and help make public services more helpful and respectful for everyone, no matter their background.
