Familiarity with the TB register and TB DOTS module on adults and children treatment Net is essential, and with HIV self-screening protocols and processes

Knowledge of HIV and AIDS, including the treatment strategic targets, and of TV management

Knowledge of understanding the crisis intervention model explained, Counselling and Psychological Service as well as Addiction evaluation services for recovery

Knowledge on management and communication in responding to mental health crisis and the effective of police crisis
