• Chairperson of the Literacy Committee

Leading a very effective committee at school since 2024 ,where reading and public speaking competitions are organized for languages offered at school(English and Setswana). Partnerships with the District Library Services and Maskew Miller.

• Chairperson of the Music, Arts and Culture

Have chaired from this committee since 2024-Promoting inclusivity in encouraging learner and teacher participation in the following items: traditional, freestyle and gumboots dance, choir, art, drama and poetry. Learners have represented the school at LEO and District level where they have obtained positions 1, 2 and 3.

• Chairperson of Prize-giving and Awards Committee since 2024

A very vibrant committee that seeks to not only reward academic excellence but extra and co-curricular activities where learners have represented the school up to the provincial level.

• Sports Committee

Served as a treasurer and is actively involved in sports.

• SBST Committee- Secretary

Served as a secretary for more than 2 years. is actively involved in the process of referrals.

• YCAP mentor

Facilitator of the YCAP group since 2025 where the learners represented the school at district level.

• Public Speaking mentor

Mentored learners who participated in the Matlasana Youth Development Speech competition in 2025 from Grade4-7. Our learners obtained position 1 in their grades and were crowned the overall best school.

• District Spelling Bee Committee

Served as a pronouncer and adjudicator at district level

• Refentse Circuit Spelling Bee Co-ordinator.

I am the organiser of the Spelling Bee Competition who works with a team compiling of schools in the circuit.

• Human Rights Competition-

Encouraged participation in this competition since 2025 and along with my team, mentored learners who have won at Provincial Level for 2 consecutive years.

• Baswa Le Meetse-

Mentored learners in this youth initiative programme where they represented the Dr Kenneth Kaunda District at Provincial level in 2025

• SGB- Deputy Secretary

Serving as the SGB deputy secretary since 2024 until now.

• SADTU Branch Deputy Secretary

Serving from 2024 until now.

• National Teaching Awards-

Participated for the first time in 2025 and obtained Position 2 at the LEO round progressing to the district round.

• CPTD certificates

The only recipient at school who has been recognized and received a certificate.
