Shipping Duties:

.Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuing items are correctly labeled, securely packed and in compliance with shipping regulations.

.Cordinate with carriers (KWE) to schedule pickups and deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of shipments.

Receiving Duties:

.Inspect incomingshipments for accuracy, quantity, quality and any damage.

.Verify received items against purchase orders and packing lists, and accurately record received quantities.

Inventory Management:

.Maintain accurate inventory records using specialised software and systems.

Update inventory levels, track stock movement and identify discrepancies for further investigation.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

.Maintain comprehensive records of shipments, receipts, and inventory adjustments.

.Document any discrepancies, damaged items or deviations from expected quantities.

Communication and Coordination:

.Collabrate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes.

.Communicate effectively to address any shipment-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Safety and Compliance:

.Adhere to safety protocols and guidlines during the handling and movement of spares.

.Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with shipping and receiving regulations.

Physical Tasks:

.Lift and move packages of various sizes and weights as required.

.Operate equipment such as Forklifts or Pallet Jacks, if applicable and trained.
