Welcome guests on embarkation day and escort them to their staterooms.

Daily clean and service up to 16 passenger staterooms following Uniworld and HACCP cleanliness and hygene procedures.

Set up staterooms according to the occasion (morning service, turn down service, embarkation, anniversary etc...)as per procedures.

Participate in the daily cleaning of public areas, afternoon standby and in the daily laundry duties for table linen, towels, guests and crew laundry.

Organize my work and manage my time according to the daily program.

Distribute all written documentation and gifts to the staterooms.

Take part in loading supplies for the ship and in luggage distribution.

Pay attention to the guest's requests.
