• Managing and ensuring effective Incident management individually, in team and in cooperation with other support teams
• Managing and monitoring daily occurrences and guide the development of a more permanent solution
• Managing and ensuring effective diagnoses of errors and breakdowns and performance of technical support
• Guide and Participates in Tracking of all vendor related issues from discovery to completion
• Providing input and guidance to application teams on the reproduction, resolution, escalation, and reporting on all problems.

• Quality Assure and ensuring effective Configure, compile, refine and maintain JIRA dashboards and reporting

• To support and provide input into the maintenance and enhancements of merchandise management applications, mainly focusing on JDA Allocation system which is an Oracle database.
• Write packages, stored procedures and functions for new projects and enhancements using Oracle.
• Analyzing and debugging PL\SQL code
• Collaborate with all key stakeholders including business project teams, partners, development teams within IT, to understand business requirements.
• Participate in the process design or re-design and translate business/user requirements/ processes into a system design.
• Develop and maintain System Requirement Specifications and test documentation.
• Train business superusers (Senior planners\Allocators) on new enhancements.
• Supporting JDA Application System through incidents and service requests logged by the business users.
• Involve in resolving stock imbalance between head office and the DC.
• Assisting business users in setting up JDA views and algorithms.
• Assisting business superusers with JDA administration issues.
• Analyze existing system and interfaces for modification and improvement purposes to make sure that the allocation(distribution) gets through to the DC so that stock can be picked and shipped.
• Document and maintain system design (new system developments and enhancements and changes) and all interfaces with other systems.
• Taking ownership of incidents impacting Merchandising and downstream systems
• Identifying root cause of problems (including cross team) and taking appropriate measures.
• Maintaining focus on systems availability and achieving Service Level Agreement targets.
• Do standby on a rotational basis.
• System Changes:- Testing, Implementation and Maintenance
• Develop system test plans for system and integration testing
• Change systems specifications based on testing problems / changing requirements.
• Perform quality assurance, regression and systems integration testing and feedback results.
• Manage the creation and hand-over of the system administration procedures where required.
• Monitor changes to ensure correctness and provide post-implementation support.
• Participate in the post implementation reviews for completed projects.

• Responsible for technical support of application systems through the effective resolution of incidents and problems, including after-hours standby and support
• Develop quality code using sql, configure 3rd party application systems and implement IT solutions according to technical designs and specifications.
• Supporting the stores sql databases, including analysis, investigating issues, implementing enhancement and new projects.
• Adding new BIN to the config server (Postilion)
• Adding new airtime products on storeline.
• Testing with the vendors.
• Comply with corporate and standard processes and procedures (incident, problem and change management)
• Responsible for the execution of test plans and procedures, including the debugging of programs and interfaces, to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions
• Work with key stakeholders (end users, 3rd party Service Providers (Vendor management), fellow analysts and developers) to understand the impact of changes to technology systems on end-users processes/procedures
• Perform peer reviews
• Participate in the analysis and design of IT solutions

• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies, including input to the formulation of comprehensive evaluation criteria.

Develop new interfaces to enable integration between systems at head office, suppliers, warehouses and stores

• Write packages, stored procedures and functions to enable the integration process
