I worked on the Shoprite Checkers account doing Public Liability claims.We handled the claims process from when it was notified by the client until finalized.Liaising with the client when necessary to reach an amicable resolution to the claim.Working closely with legal council,suppliers and insurance companies. As well as their customers. Later I was asked to assist with the Assets claims.Also handling the claims process from start to finish.I handled both portfolios but due to the volume,I then only worked on the Assets claims.

I worked on the Clicks account doing Public Liability and Assets claims within the deductible.I worked from the customer's premises.We handled the claims process from when the claim is reported to finalization.We liaised with the customer and their clients.As well as legal council where necessary. They were provided with the claim file and any additional information that was required.

I handled commercial and corporate claims.As well as personal lines. Handled the claims process from start to finish.Liaising with the client and suppliers,as well as insurers.I started with Glen rand MIB which became Aon in 2012.I was then asked to help out on the Shoprite account,and eventually I stayed to work on that account permanently. I handled the Public Liability claims.Liaising with the client and their customers,legal council and suppliers. As well as insurance companies.We worked from the client's head office. The account then went to Jardine Lloyd Thompson in 2015 .One of the client's conditions were that the new brokers will employ the current claims staff.

I worked in commercial and corporate claims.Liaising with brokers,suppliers, assessors and loss adjustors.Doing motor claims as well.Appointing assessors,follow ups with brokers and paying claims.With a large mandate for claims settlements.

I started out with no claims experience as a recoveries technician on motor claims . Thrown it at the deep and with a small team..I handled the recoveries process from start to finish.Liaising with third parties and the client.As well as brokers and legal council where necessary. Assisting with providing the necessary documentation and information.
