As a certified VCAT III condition monitoring technician with more than a decade of experience and a solid mechanical background as a qualified fitter and turner I have learned all the aspects needed to have a good and reliable plant by being hands on and involved with problem solving and creating reports and suggestions to clients on how to improve plant reliability and minimize downtime to meet production requirements. ,
I have learned to work collaboratively with my clients namely Production, Planning, Engineering and Maintenance crews by helping them to understand the areas of condition monitoring best practices and how to use condition monitoring techniques to improve reliability, do better planning and cut costs by reducing breakdowns and secondary damage.
