• Oversee accounts receivable and debt management:
• Issue invoices accurately and promptly.
• Reconcile accounts regularly to maintain clean records.
• Follow up on overdue payments tactfully and professionally.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management.
• Handle confidential financial matters with integrity and trustworthiness.
• Coordinate local and international shipments, including customs clearance via Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique.
• Liaise with freight partners (e.g., Rangel) for smooth cross-border deliveries.
• Prepare VAT documentation, export paperwork, and ensure compliance with SADC regulations where applicable.
• Manage office operations: handle incoming calls, organise documents, maintain filing systems, and manage supply orders.
• Provide PA support to management: schedule meetings, manage diaries, prepare reports, and draft correspondence on behalf of executives.
• Communicate with customers regarding product shortages, changes, and alternative solutions, ensuring relationships remain strong.
• Organise special orders, including promotional stands, sample shipments, and mixed product box requests.
