Oversee And Coordinate Daily Production

• Lead the area of fabrication process and be responsible for the production team.
• Ensure that all production-related processes are running efficiently and according to the defined framework.
• Coordinate and monitor data capturing, ensure daily controls and deviation analysis to further improve are being carried out as per procedures.

Daily Management System and Improvements

• Execute daily management system in your department and contribute to plants’ KPI’s on a daily/weekly/monthly level
• Establish abnormality management and work in time on deficiencies to achieve the highest results

Develop production schedules

• Plans directs and assigns duties of manufacturing personnel
• Authorizes overtime/holidays etc., as necessary, meet production goals in cooperation with the line manager
• Ensure production plan talks to delivery schedule

Be a reliable sparring partner internally and for the customer

• Cooperate with related departments before, during and beyond your processes of responsibility (with Maintenance, Quality, Planning/Warehouse and Sales)
• Maintaining support for production machines and equipment and enabling staff to perform autonomous maintenance
• Conduct/participate in problem-solving for recurring issues or customer
• complaints. Handle customer complaints in conjunction with QA

• Inspection all necessary stages in the production of the steel structure from the examination of raw material to final inspection, preservation and packing to dispatch to site.
• To ensure all steel structure inspection and tests are carried out against the approved drawings, purchase order specifications and company standards.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of all quality related aspects of the project.
• Perform necessary inspections and measurement as called for in the QCP at appropriate times without delaying manufacturing or mechanical activities.
• Effectively coordinating the Quality Management Systems ISO (9001) Audit Programme to ensure safeguarding of the Management Systems.
