My B.A. degree has granted me skills such as enhanced media relations and public speaking skills, problem solving and decision-making skills, and a flair for writing with clarity and precision. Moreover, I have developed communication skills and critical thinking skills. I am analytical and I pay attention to detail. I can read and write proficiently in English and IsiXhosa. Through studying for this qualification, I have obtained many remarkable skills that include good listening skills, planning and organizational skills, computer literacy, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I studied Psychology as one of my majors, this has assisted me with understanding confidentiality, consent, critical thinking, understanding people, behavioral skills, qualitative and quantitative research. Furthermore, I have volunteered as a Radio presenter at the University of the Western Cape, this opportunity has granted me a remarkable skill of speaking confidently, without hesitation. In addition, I have learnt to be a leader as my responsibilities included addressing other presenters and ensuring that language used while broadcasting is amiable. I have learnt to work under pressure, and to improvise at necessary times. My strong points include having an easy-going personality that makes it easy for people to approach me for assistance and feel acknowledged. I am dedicated, friendly, and always on time.
