  • To ensure the management and implementation of an effective Performance Management System capable of objectivity and accurately establishing and measuring accomplishments and outcomes which are in line with the municipality’s vision and IDP.
  • Interacting with functional leaders and ensuring the availability of information on the automated system and/or explanations linked to Performance Management.

Experienced Performance Management Specialist with a demonstrable history in the monitoring and evaluation of performance management in Local Government. Extensive skills in compliance linked to performance management and the monitoring and evaluation of both organisational and individual performance management.
