11.Take responsibility for mobilizing resources from financial donors or donors in kind

employment eg fundraising, play therapy, child development
13. Pay close attention to stakeholders by nurturing partnerships with other NGOs, Community
leaders, SAPS, Clinics, Schools etc. Prime stakeholders are the beneficiaries/clients themselves.
14.Encourage good relationships between departments to build a common unity in purpose.

  • Coordinating power girls program by ensuring that the program runs smoothly, Enrollment of new recruits every 6 months and exit them on the program. Filling out powergirls exit and graduation forms. Filling in the entry badge forms for the girls deserving after first five sessions. Filling 1st and 2nd attendance forms as well as of value badge forms before each awarding ceremony of the girls. Organizing catering and transportation for the girls including facilitators. Organizing equipment to be used by the facilitators during the sessions. Organizing outings for the girls twice in a year. Receive weekly online registers of the powergirls from the facilitators to compile monthly register and submit to the director. Receive weekly report from the facilitators and fill in online coordinator's monthly report and submit to powergirls head office dashboard. Respond to the feedback from powergirls head office as per the follow up of the monthly report submitted. Keep good record of the items bought as per the budget. Responsible to do follow up to the girls through phone calls.Responsible for taking photos in the goodness garden and during the sessions to send them in powergirls mama's group. Ensure that the birthdays of the girls are prepared for and celebrated successfully. Help in the kitchen after sessions. Deliver the girls after the session to their area stop. Prepare and submit annual report to the Powergirls managing Director from Mamas.

  • Create files for each creche beneficiaries, compile monthly written and online report to submit to the project manager, work on monthly stats on attendance for all creches, do quarterly training and assessment to ensure practitioner's knowledge and practice is satisfactory, visit creches weekly to monitor its operation. Distribution of the porridge weekly to the ECDs in operation. Visit the community to search for children who are not at the ECDs and were suppose to be and distribute the buckets full of educational kit inside and train the parents together with the children to be able to use such kit in my absence.

  • Working with poorest families for self sustainability and to relieve distress of the children in these families by offering life skills, counseling as well as assisting them to reach government offices to get life documents such as IDs, Birth certificate, child support grant as well as assisting them with foster care grants.
