Currently, I serve as a Community Service Speech-Language Pathologist at GJ Crookes Hospital, where I provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to both adult and pediatric patients across a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders. · Assessment and management of speech language, hearing, breastfeeding and swallowing difficulties in adult and paediatricin-and out-patients at a district hospital and 6 clinics.

· Provide precise and timely documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes.

· Providing evidence-based treatment plans that effectively addressed the specific needs of each patient.

· Collaborate with other multidisciplinary team about assessment findings and recommendations for team discussion and further decision making.

· Working with paediatric population/ children of different ages, including those with articulation errors, phonological disorders, fluency and developmental delays,

· Engage in group therapy programs for children with cerebral palsy, developmental delays and barriers to learning.

· Promoted early intervention strategies among paediatric populations at risk for developmental delays

· Develop quality improvement plans for the speech department.

· Ensuring the speech department adhere to Office of Health Standards Compliance (OHSC) and the Ideal Clinic and Hospital frameworks.

· Provide promotion and prevention services.

· Submission of monthly data and quarterly reports.
