Production:
- Oversees work on the production line operation
- Supervised and coordinated activities of the plant and ensured safety, quality, and production goals were met or exceeded
- Controlled and monitored production activities and schedules; completed daily/monthly production reports, presentations, and recommendations for management
- Supervised daily performance and ensured adherence to operating procedures and safety protocols
- Participated in problem solving sessions to solve production, quality, and safety issues
- Developed the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluated waste streams and minimized waste generation through waste management
- Improved the standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, work analysis and line balancing

- Evaluated products and ensured compliance with established quality control standards
- Supported the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the integrated and safety system

- Maintained a safe and secure work environment by correcting unsafe acts/conditions, facilitating safety meetings, looking out for hazards, and investigating accidents
- Ensured plant policies and procedures, job safety analysis, and standard operating procedures were adhered to

- Supervised production technicians and ensured the quality of work meets performance expectations
