I was appointed as a safety leader at my school,my responsibility was to instill discipline to learners who are bully,the school should be a free drug and free gun zone school no weapons are brought to school by learners.

As a results our school was rated the best school for learner discipline.

Our learners were never being late for school and the teachers always arrived earlier before learners came

My previous work I taught grade1 at Mpengesi Primary School that was when i discovered how beautiful it is to teach young ones how to spell words and Sounds
