I was appointed as a safety leader at my school,my responsibility was to instill discipline to learners who are bully,the school should be a free drug and free gun zone school no weapons are brought to school by learners.

As a results our school was rated the best school for learner discipline.

Our learners were never being late for school and the teachers always arrived earlier before learners came

I have provided psychosocial support for my learners regarding learning challenges or barriers,but then if the challenge is above my concern, I would recommend referral to the District Base Support Team to handle the matter,the family should also be made aware about the situation, what can be done to help the child to be able to meet or improve his or her learning abilities
