My duties as involves leading and reviewing valuations for financial reporting, transactions, and investment decision‑making, ensuring alignment with IFRS requirements and market best practice.

My responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and review of valuation models, assessing key assumptions and methodologies, and providing clear, defensible valuation conclusions to clients, auditors, and investment committees. I work closely with senior stakeholders to translate technical valuation concepts into commercially meaningful insights, while managing engagement teams and maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and professional judgment. My key clients and duties on the are listed below:

- Valuation reviews of unlisted entities under Coca Cola Beverages Africa which includes Coca Cola Beverage Zambia, Coca Cola Kwanza (Tanzania) and Coca Cola Beverage South Africa, East Africa Bottling Share Company and Coca-Cola Beverages Malawi. This also includes compiling valuation reports for audit committee meetings

- Conducted valuation assessments for various Cash Generating Units within JSE-listed entities, including prominent companies such as Libstar and RCL

- Remgro Limited: Fair valuation review if its underlying investee companies which includes CIVH.

- Medu Capital: Fair valuation of Medu Capital IV ZAR Partnership and its underlying investee companies.

- Fairness and reasonable opinion on of S and R to determine the fair market value of the transaction and an auditor’s letter to opine that the consideration from Frasers to OMPE.

At the time of being a manager key competency include business valuations, financial modeling, and economic advisory. I have performed and ad- vised on many valuations across a range of industries. My clients included listed JSE companies, Large unlisted investment as well as government and state-owned organization:

- Valuation reviews of unlisted entities under Coca Cola Beverages Africa which includes Coca Cola Beverage Zambia, Coca Cola Kwanza (Tanzania) and Coca Cola Beverage South Africa, East Africa Bottling Share Company and Coca-Cola Beverages Malawi.

- Investment property valuation review of V&A Waterfront Investment property portfolio and ArcelorMittal for financial reporting purposes.

- Public Investment Corporation – Valuation of unlisted entities including renewable plant as well as compilation of the report and presenting to the various committees.

- Mr. Price and various Purchase Price Allocation reviews.

One of my duties as a Manager is also to upskill graduates and provide them with career guidance.

I was an Assistant Manager in the valuations, modeling and economic advisory team. In addition to the Manager role above I have executed on various projects and valuation:

- All the respective African countries CGU CCBA cash flow forecast review and valuation reviews.

- Property valuation review of the V&A Waterfront investment property portfolio.

- Independent valuation for the acquisition of shares of ROMPCO for iGas Limited.

- Independent Purchase Price Allocations valuations.

- Independent Business valuation of Mancosa Pty (Ltd) and Regent Business School Pty (Ltd) for financial reporting purposes.

- Valuation for a meat processing cash generating unit (Windhoek Schlachterei) and two brands within the cash generating units

- Toll road valuation for Bakwena.

As an audit trainee, my responsibilities were:

- Planning of engagements

- Execution and review of work

- Managing and coaching teams

- Liaising with client and third parties involved in the
audit

- Supervision and management of the engagement team in order to meet multiple reporting deadlines

- Managing deadlines and delivering feedback to trainees, management and partners

- Communication link between the client staff, the engagement manager and the engagement team.
