I have gained experience in both Public and Private Sector, working for DRDLR and Vodacom Enterprise Technology to mention a few. I am based at Vodacom as a Contract and SLA Senior Specialist for Enterprise Technology, appointed to draft and negotiate a variety of specialized vendor and customer contracts. I am a self-motivated, well-spoken and a well-presented individual who is precise and not limited by the boarders of knowledge but who strives to push those boundaries. I work hard and I have the ability to adapt to new industry sectors fast, applying myself well, in both a team and individually. I am looking for a challenging position whereby my skills would be applied and put into good use.

  • Negotiation, drafting and execution of Service Schedules and Customer specific Service Schedules and / or Service Level Agreements within Vodacom Business: Enterprise Technology space. Key portfolio Cloud and Security Services.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Product / Project Managers , Account Management, Solution Architects, Commercial, Contract Management, Legal, Network engineers and other operational and technical departments.
  • Provide Service Schedules, SLA and operational support for RFP bids, including formulating, structuring and negotiating bid responses.
  • Defining and developing Services Schedules for various cloud, hosting and security services such Vodacom Enterprise Cloud, Dedicated Hosting, Cloud Backup, etc.
  • Proactively providing optimal capacity to meet user demand on agreed service level provisions for all Vodacom Business productized services.
  • Ensure that business methodology is aligned to accepted best practice and industry standards.
  • Working with cloud and hosting partners such as Teraco, DPA to inherit clauses on their existing agreements that will apply to Vodacom customers hosted in their data centers.
  • Working with cloud customers such as PIC, etc. to customize their cloud agreements in alignment with their legal framework, IT policies and Vodacom cloud services.
  • Engage with various Vodacom areas, Suppliers, Customers and 3rd parties including multinational partners, for contracts of engagement and Service delivery and support.
  • Attend bi-weekly EDF meetings to represent SLM department (if needed).
  • Documenting Service Level Management processes and ultimately managing these processes.
  • Continuous refinement of business standards based on feedback from user community, results of audits, QA finding and feedback from forums.
  • Ensure usability and availability of contract templates through automated means if possible.
  • Provide ad-hoc advice and support regarding operational and legal matters (including audits) associated with customer agreements.
