As Scale Operator at shoprite, one of my characteristic's are to investigate, research and recommend to close the gap in my foundings, I join the the scales team, within a month I noticed that we are being asked the question we d not have answers for it, such as " why you let the truck leave with out indicator lights". no answer because we realy don't know. my recommendation was as followed le create the pre- inspection form for drivers so that before they can inspect the truck,trailer and submit that document to us before the exit the gate that was very appreciated by the management and we still using it even now also the management include it in a digital plan.

As Diesel attendant at shoprite warehouse, the procedure was all truck coming in must be filled with gasoline, yes we follow that, my recommendation because of the time consumed I suggested that what if we filled the truck on 2nd load of the same driver with that truck also that was implemented and now is on the procedure papers.
