Appointed as QA/QC Vendor inspector, assisted working with both operational and project teams, in RSA and Metalkol.

Assisted the Project Director and Project manger and site teams in completing Phase 1 and 2 construction of a copper / cobalt process facility in the DRC, utilizing a Chinese contractor (EPC). Phase 1 completed ahead of schedule, in budget with a safety record or 13 mil LTI free hours. Phase 2 commissioning and ramping up progressing very well, currently on target. Developed a highly motivated and experienced project team, with great Chinese interface skills.
