Planning Inventory ( Raw Material )

- Manual release of purchase orders for raw material based on demand.Manual release of works orders based on customer demand for production runs and ensuring that daily procurement procedures linked to the supply of manufacturing materials are carried out in a way that fulfills the weekly production schedule.

-Raise internal requisitions for moving stock within the organization branches.

- Release works orders for production lines to run each upcoming week.

-Scheduling/ sequencing the production runs / works orders for each production line ( backorders , scheduled date , urgent request etc ) .

Demand Planning ( Finished products )

- Manual release or orders based on demand from customers

- Monitoring sourcing and resourcing of active products.

-Monitoring exceptional hold report to prevent one customer depleting the stock.

- Airfreight quote requests, margin analysis and standard procedures required for approval for imported products.

-Run weekly future late report and follow up with the suppliers.

-Monitor safety stock level for any changes required on specific products.

-Item master approval and updating planning parameters for new products.

- Updating forecast realignment of replacement products.

- Forecast monitoring and review monthly when available from customers.

- Run customer forecast performance every second month.

Meeting the targeted KPI score by reviewing and monitoring :

- Supplier performance

-Review backlogs and take corrective actions

-Weekly production compliance

-Products parameter monitoring (MOQ and Lead times )

- Run daily open orders

- Expedite requests to suppliers and update best ETA on the system

- Send out system generated orders based on demand to suppliers

- Resolve queries related to defects from supplier and outside processing.

- Monitor all standard procedures for inventory buyers to ensure we achieve 99% on-time delivery performance.
