cultivate trust and respect with both clients and colleagues with hands on experience in Sales and an ability to deliver and excellent client experience., Accountability - act with integrity, professionalism and ethical and regulatory standards set by the company., Conduct analysis of variances on weekly Cost of Sales Report in conjunction with analysis of Inventory Status Report per restaurant., Identification of anomalies in variances and inventory usage per restaurant., Wastage Analysis and unaccounted for stock to be investigated (disciplinary procedure to be followed where necessary), Daily analysis of suspended, booked, Inventory Daily Variance, Cancelled inventory on Micros, Weekly and Monthly COS reports per restaurant, Provide technical and practical skills necessary to build and deploy a Hyperion Profitability & Cost Module (HPCM) Application, including metadata creation, HPCM Driver configuration, Genealogy setup, and interface exports for month end Reporting., Ensure that stock count reports are updated correctly on Micros for receiving unit and base unit, Ensure that correct stock items appear on stock count report, To assist Restaurant Managers with stock count procedures when required, Assist Restaurant Managers/ Supervisors with capturing, transfer and receiving stock on Micros when required, Monthly Cost of Sales report to be run for the month, detailing anomalies and action that was taken on restaurant visits and the weekly reports to address these anomalies., Report to be sent to HOD, Area Managers and Operations Managers by the 3rd working day of the new month, Weekly report is to be sent to the HOD detailing anomalies found in the preceding week and adjustments that need to be accounted for (to be sent by Tuesday 12:00)., Ensures that all new assets are recorded in asset register & tax register, Accounts for the movement of fixed assets including the transfer & disposal of assets, Ensures that all assets are accounted for in terms of policy, Reconciles the fixed asset register & general ledger on a monthly basis, Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information, Raise month end close journals, Monthly review of Income Statement expenses., Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, Escalate any necessary matters to RTR Lead, Prepares monthly tax computations and raise related journal entry, Preparation of Income Tax Returns, Prepares Provisional Tax Payments, Preparation of VAT returns taxation, Ensure that statutory reports are completed within the agreed timeframes, Prepare annual statutory accounts and returns in accordance with relevant legislation, Keeps abreast on changes in international accounting standards and advises key stakeholders of changes, Ensures that records to meet legal & tax requirements are maintained, Maintains a sound internal control environment, Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with relevant legislation, Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed, Liaise with external auditors
