- Manage and take accountability for delivery of contracted work output within agreed parameters of Standard Operating Procedures, quality standards and service targets to ensure all work is undertaken within the agreed specifications, and the projects are carried out with professional project management practice
- Effectively assess, intervene and mobilize support interventions for allocated projects where necessary
- Monitor progress against the project plan by visiting sites on a regular basis
- Monitor capital expenditure to ensure the project remains within allocated budget and take corrective measures where applicable
- Check and verify invoices prior to approval for payment
- Review scope of work to assess potential impact on the budget and create variation order when required
- Ensure that problems are identified early and that mitigation measures are implemented
- Ensure effective project and contract management throughout the project life cycle from Inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with all technical, financial and quality requirements of the contract

- Receive and check quality of raw materials
- Reinforcement assembly inspections
- Concrete testing by doing slump test and strength test using cube crushing method
- Checking cast-in inserts pre and post mould closure to make sure the positions are correct
- Make sure the concrete is batched to the correct mix design
- Verify that segments are cured at the proper temperature after casting
- Inspect segments for damages after removal from the moulds
- Conduct a final validation of the segments using a final inspection checklist
- Compile a list of deviations and non-conformances for the Quality Manager, and decide on corrective measures
- Daily maintenance of all quality documents to align with Nordex’s Integrated Quality management System
