- Leading customer services department, offering high customer service level index to international customers on a day-to-day basis
- Resolve complaints and queries through SAP CRM, SAP ERP, OTC, CDT
- Assist customers to create cargo dues order(containers/breakbulk/dry-bulk/automotive) on Order to Cash system.
- Assist customers to Cancel and amend cargo due orders online.
- Issuing of credit notes and invoices.
- Customer relations & communication
- Maintains liaison with Finance and other departments to resolve client resolutions within agreed SLA/TAT
- Correctly maintain customer data, corrects record, and adjusts errors
- Monitor and measure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by adhering to business rules, processes, and company operating standards
- Attend to all stakeholder queries and requests (internal & external)
- Adhere to quality management metrics and standards and accurate record keeping and preparing reports for management
- Assist customers with invoices and follow up with finance department on received customer that all the terminal operational activities
- Ensure that all oral and written communication to internal and external customers has a professional and friendly tone
- Build strong customer relations
- Focus on adding value when dealing with clients.
